What is the most accurate Chinese translation software?

Postby Macho » Thu May 03, 2012 12:55 am

I want to have more two way correspondence. I have looked at translation software. From what I can tell, they are pretty sophisticated and FAST. Does anybody have any recommendations which one I should buy and why?

systran 6 Is what I am considering but haven't purchased it yet thought of trying the 30 days free 1st.
They actually have a translator on the website you can use free. I don't know how accurate is simply because I cant read the Chinese after its translated.
My question would be by using it other than the obvious would it save time, money or just be a nice convenience.
The prices start around $100

they sort of work
and you can get the meaning but nothing beats human translation also word order is very important in chinese not like in english for example what day and time is it always the answer goes from largest to smallest
we can say march 20th 3om or 3pm march the 20th

in chinese its 20th march day 3 afternoon 3 pm

there is a site http://www.mdbg.net/chindict/chindict.php
that is good but i think it helps to have some understanding of the language as well so some study is well worth it to
